In addition to his role as President and CEO of a 5-star federally chartered credit union, Michael also serves as a nationally certified law enforcement crisis negotiator and is a fifth-degree black belt inducted into the Martial Arts Hall of Fame.

His diverse experiences in finance, law enforcement, and martial arts have forged a unique perspective on leadership and character. For more than 25 years, he has led the Children Deserve Christmas program, bringing hope to thousands of children.
